Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of your healing journey, opening you to the flow of universal life force energy. This attunement connects you to Reiki, allowing you to channel healing energy for yourself and others. The process is gentle yet powerful, aligning your chakras and activating your ability to work with Reiki energy.
What to Expect
Once service is purchased, and email with instructions will be sent to the email provided. It will ask things such as name of person, date of birth, and email you want the intuitive information received during the service sent.
Reiki Attunements Are Completed Within 24-48 Hours of Receiving The Email Response.
During your Level 1 attunement, you will receive a sacred energetic activation that allows Reiki to flow through your hands. This attunement works on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, helping to clear blockages and awaken your natural energy healing abilities.
Preparing for Your Attunement
To receive the most from your attunement, it’s best to prepare your body, mind, and spirit beforehand.
Before the Attunement:
Hydration & Diet: Drink plenty of water and eat light, high-vibrational foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) at least 24 hours before your attunement. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy or processed foods.
Meditation & Intention: Set aside quiet time to reflect on your healing journey. What do you hope to receive from this attunement? Setting an intention will deepen your experience.
Cleansing Your Energy: Take a salt bath, burn sage or palo santo, or work with crystals like selenite or amethyst to clear your aura.
Rest & Relaxation: Ensure you get good sleep the night before, allowing your body and mind to be in a receptive state.
The Attunement Process
During the attunement, I will work within your energy field to activate your Reiki channels. This sacred process involves:
Sacred Opening: I will begin with a brief meditation to center your energy and invite divine guidance.
Chakra Alignment: Each chakra is cleared and balanced to allow Reiki to flow effortlessly through your system.
Attunement Ceremony: I will channel Reiki symbols into your aura and hands, opening the flow of Reiki energy as I do the Attunement Process.
Integration Time: You may experience moments of complete calmness. Some people experience warmth, tingling, visions, or emotional releases—allow whatever comes up to flow naturally.
After the Attunement
The attunement process continues beyond the session, and you may notice shifts in your energy over the next few days.
Post-Attunement Care:
Energy Integration: You may feel lighter, more energized, or deeply relaxed. Honor your body’s needs—drink water, rest, and avoid overstimulation.
21-Day Self-Healing Practice: Perform Reiki self-healing for at least 21 days to strengthen your connection with the energy. Place your hands on different parts of your body and allow Reiki to flow intuitively.
Journaling & Reflection: Write down your experiences, sensations, or any insights you receive. Reiki often brings clarity and intuitive messages.
Stay Grounded: Spend time in nature, practice deep breathing, and engage in grounding activities like walking barefoot or working with grounding crystals (black tourmaline, hematite, or smoky quartz).
