-This event will be also hosted by Rolando an awaken breathwork and reiki facilitaor which guidance through this journey will transform and empower you.

• Opening prayer and setting intentions/manifestations.
• Breathwork guidance.
• Energy healing/activation.
• Will be sitting or laying down for about an hour.
• May feel sensations on body, spontaneous movement, emotional release, or be in stillness.
• Ending conversation with sharing of experience.
